Maybe it's just me.

Longer narrow boards look so much smoother and stylish.

Stance is narrower.

Surfing looks more powerful and the full body is used.

The mind was used to surf the wave. Creative process.

The new trend of short, wide, thick and roach stance boards have really done a disservice.

Hah. Last night I was binge watching youTube surf videos. The top pros now bore me. They are ripping. Incredible. Yet somehow, I would rather watch Dane throw fat kid lip blasts/surprise moves or Kelly get into something sketchy he maybe doesn't even pull off. Or give me a Ho surfing over a rock pool. Style, power and creativity. Pro surfing is just leaving me cold now. Nobody cares anymore. Or maybe it's just me. Bring on the softboard tour.
