A guy on Rogan‘s show the other day said Trump had brain issue and used a video of Trump doing something with his shoulder while pausing his speech. I honestly couldn’t really make out what he was seeing.
Then he said Biden was fine. He said a bunch of psych people he talked to told him there’s nothing wrong with Biden.

I think he's always been like this and his tactics get more push back because he is the leader of the free world.

I think there’s a slow, steady cognitive decline. Compare his current speech patterns with 10-15 years ago.

But system 2 can potentially get better picking up the slack.

Disagree. He sounded like a complete potato who couldn't speak English when he feigned being his own promoter or whatever in 80s or 90s when they recorded that call.
I don't think Trump has declined at all, but I think Biden's about 15 years out from being as big of an idiot as Trump is. EG Biden will need to spend at least a decade rotting in the ground feeding worms.
But Biden has still declined and "you ain't black" will probably not be the last horrid gaffe from him this cycle.
He's not my 1st, 2nd, or even 3rd pick for the office but he's still better than Trumby.
You know what else is difficult? Having a good personality.
