It may. That's the fun thing about not knowing. It may land in my yard, or it may land on your @ss. China doesn't care if it lands on China, the lives saved would not be worth the money it costs to be more careful.

^ - Looks wrong to me, plus it came in when it was early morning, still dark.

Human made rockets don't hold together like that during re-entry....at least not the ones I've seen over the years. You can find other known rocket body re-entries that look similar to one below.
