I wonder why there are so many fat laborers, they are in the feet burning calories all day long.

Various reasons.
Yeah, I was just thinking that myself.

the old multivariate winga-ding.

I think it's weird how they have this look.

They are giant.

Everything is ballooned.

I guess that is just excessive fat?

15 years ago if you saw people this fat it would be stunning. Now they are all over the place living their lives as fat people.

I bet a lot of them love sugar drinks.

A great way to loose weight is don't drink calories.

loosing is a high effort activity

Maintining is a breeze

And gas station lunches.
I see this all the time. “Laborers” at gas stations buying…

2 large bottles of Gatorade
4 bags of chips
2 candy bars
Red Bull
Pack of cigarettes (or can of chew).

NuTrishUn.

$25-30.

Meanwhile over there on that other aisle there’s an assortment of fresh fruits (apples, oranges, bananas, watermelon, pineapple, etc.) and veggies and nuts.

Way cheaper too.

For $25 you can buy 100 bananas.

Muh genetics!!!

I don't like to eat on trail...I just want to jam.

I was thinking I need to figure out a better way to drink some calories while on the go.

Fat and inflammation and water retention.

Water retention is what gives that overall bloated look. High salt, high sugar, high carb, high salt, high salt, high salt diet will make you retain water.

Low testosterone (from a sh!t diet) will make you retain water as well.

It this water retention that is shed quickly when people clean up their diet. People that are really big from eating like sh!t will rapidly lose 15-25 pounds just by eating cleaner.

Fat loss takes more time and is a more…miserable process.

You have to starve yourself.

Most people just can’t get used to being hungry all the time.

I’m hungry all the time. I got used to it.

Last night I ate a large pizza with tons of cheese and all the meats, and garlic.

I felt like sh!t after.

Worse than being hungry.

Which is which?
and who is who
Up (up, up, up, up)
And down (down, down, down, down)
And in the end it's only round 'n round (round, round, round)
Haven't you heard it's a battle of words

Sure, it’s simple
But if you’re f*cked in the head a little, and your outlet is twinkies, then first you gotta fix the brain food connection, and people who are f’d in the head a bit don’t always have a quick easy fix for it
At least that’s true for a lot of people

Do you know the best way to fix fix the brain food connection?

Build an alternative habit. Change your behavior (one day at a time). After about 6 weeks your new habit is basically permanent.

Pick one thing at a time.

Here‘s how it go.

Soda - gotta stop drinking soda.

Don’t drink any soda TODAY. Drink water or nothing.

Alright, made through the day. Go to bed, wake up.

Now don’t drink any soda TODAY.

Repeat day by day. 4-6 weeks you won’t even care about soda anymore.

Alright, soda is out. What‘s next?

Candy bars you say? We’re getting things going now. Don’t eat any candy bars TODAY.…

During this process there’s no need to step on a scale. In fact doing so is counterproductive.

This isn’t a diet, it’s changing your life. The human mind is not good at changing your life all at once.

One piece at a time, one day at a time.

Next thing you know you’re driving a Cadillac.

Yeah, all many people need to do is unlearn the patterns of food being used as a reward, or withheld as a punishment, or having to eat it all before you brothers hogged it, or used as some substitute for love
It’s simple
But sometimes, not easy
And then I guess there’s people who just don’t care,
But most of the fat people I know struggle with it, and it seems like many have unresolved issues
Also seen a fair amount of eating disorders related to these kinds of food issues

Bingo

Build a healthy food environment...eliminate your house of processed foods. Stop eating out 4 days per week. It's amazing how well a fresh peach or plum can cure the sweet tooth.
