If an event is pre-planned can it be "Incited" by a guy giving a speech a mile away?

Familiarize yourself with the Supreme Court’s ‘clear and present doctrine’ ruling.
LOL. The doctrine is one thing, applying it is another.

Also, the "imminent lawless action" test has largely replaced the clear and present danger test.

LOL Biden's tweeting against violence over the Summer, and he's in favor of antifa.

Trump shills this sh!t for four years but he's not responsible.

If what Maxine Waters did was "Incitement", what Trump did was TeraIncitement.

That's not what any of you were claiming days ago. You guys were claiming it was his speech that day. Your argument falls apart now that we learn the FBI knew this was coming days in advance.
So fooking stupid

so ignore the whole "now I know you're going to go march to the Capitol" part?

1. There is no incitement to, you know, violence in the words "now I know you're going to go march to the Capitol".

2. Trump told nobody to "march to the capitol". Duh.
.

You asked a question.

I answered it.

You don't know what words mean.

Incite means to encourage. You want it to mean something else.
