WINNING!!
You must be stocked they might catch up to NJ in case loads per 1 million?

Long ass way to go to catch up in deaths and deaths per 1,000,000 pop.

Georgia: total deaths = 4538. deaths per 1 mill pop = 427

New Jersey: total deaths = 15,969. deaths per 1 mill pop = 1798, THE HIGHEST IN THE USA (beating NY).

Now that's WINNING!!!

In Donnie BooBoo's defense, we must remember that leprosy more or less went away on its own (probably because non-lepers wouldn't go near a leper) and all of the leprosariums built in 12th century Britain to house a million and a half were converted by the 17th century for use in the new epidemic, folly and madness in the Age of Reason.

sure. Natural selection is still a thing regardless of who’s president. But is that the legacy he wants to leave? Millions dead and an economy in shambles?

He does keep backing away from his initial pronouncements regarding the Trump virus, but he'll never say he's not doing a great job. Most of the people living in China don't know about Tiananmen. That's the sort of control he wants.

:ROFLMAO: What do you think will happen when a hurricane comes roaring thru the EC or south this summer?

Coast dwellers will have to evacuate just the same and congregate in shelters. End of the world is nigh.
The answer that virtually every other rich country has figured out: The government should act like a government, like its job is to provide these things. It should replace people’s income when a recession hits, and help businesses struggling through no fault of their own. It should guarantee simple, affordable access to medical care. It should provide child care and public education for families. And it should invest in trains and buses and classrooms. Fighting recessions and building public infrastructure, including care, health, and educational infrastructure—this should not be the work of citizens. When it is, let’s acknowledge that’s a tragedy.

For Hurricane Laura the authorities put everyone up in hotel rooms in order to forestall the spread.

abbot labs just got emergency authorization for rapid antigen tests, say they‘ll be manufacturing 10s of millions by October.

I hope this works out better than their rapid qPCR test that, for some reason, nobody used after it came out.
