How do I change my signature?

Scroll bottom to edit sig.
Some users appear to still have it though.
I PM'd r32 about it a while back but he never replied.

I know, that's where it should be. I appreciate the help, but it's just not an option for me.
If you scroll down to sig it does not allow you to cluck and delete old one in sig box and paste or type new one and then click save at bottom?
No need for option juzt click and edit even a 51 year ole cave man can do
