took me about a year of steady PT to figure out tricks to deal with various aches and pains. if you don't deal with it, as said above, it'll just turn into an injury.
found my own routines that seemingly reset my hip alignment and I'm good to go. if not, I turn into a 90yr old man getting out of bed or off the couch.
figure out what's out of wack, focus on fixing that, and other aches and pains will also go away.
don't stop moving and don't over stretch/extend an injured area.
