help with board dimensions

I'm going to be getting a new board soon, but I need advice on dimensions because I plan on buying off the rack. I've only been surfing for about a year now. I learned on an 8'3 hybrid/egg/whatever and can consistently drop in, go down the line and do basic turns. I live in Virginia Beach so I pretty much need a small wave board but something that could handle a nice fall swell on the Outer Banks as well. I'm a lanky 6"4' 180. I know that I need wider and thicker, but what's a good length for me. I just think I'm too big for the 6'1s that everyone rides around here. Any advice would really help.

6' x 22 x 2 5/8 classic keel fin fish. it holds juice well, and obviously, great for small surf.

otherwise, maybe a 6'4 x 19 x 2 3/8 roundtail. would work well in a variety of conditions.
