headaches after surfing every session!!

does anyone else get this? i also get chronic post nasal drip but it feels good to drain ur sinuses. about 3-4 hours after surfing my head is ringing though but excedrin fixes it up fast.

cold+wind+open ears=pain. cold+wind+water+ears= alotta pain.the reason i bring this up is because you mentioned ringing, this normally means something is going on with the pressure in your ears.some good puddy ears plugs could help with this. temp fluctuations are pretty rough on the body overall.going from cold to warm, you can actually get fever from your body trying to warm itself back up.you might want to be taking it easy after sessions because i have actually passed out from being in the cold too long and then going back to a warm environment.my temp just shot up, i started sweating,and then good night.i'm not a doc, just relaying past experience.hope it helps.

There are many causes of headaches and surfing.
Sun, wind, cold, exertion are just a few.
How about neck strain, sinuses, and salt water to add a few more.

Stretching, proper diet, no smoking or drugs, and common sense will help most people.
