IDK what “surf tunes” means, but sounds super lame.

Last thing I wanna listen to before hitting the water is some soggy soft JJ or weak reggae. It would suck to have a JJ song stuck in my head for a session.

Guess would be cool for the Sprinter van parking lot circle jerk. Could also see how the pivot man at the drum circle warms up w some JJ.

Might as well go big w this genre

as far as johnsons
although a little dated but this artist, this album and this austin city limits concert will be one of my all time get ready to surf, surf good waves and then relax after a surf session recording of all time. Pretty much captures all the emotions.. Kind of like Honk did back when..
