Good way to lose zipper grab but wd40 works great so if you do break it use a plastic zip tie to replace and like mine if its your travel bag use x2Wd-40 and vice grips
Depending on how locked up it is, vinegar does a good job dissolving away corrosion without being too harsh to other materials. Application of a few drops intermittently over the course of a day might break it up enough to get it moving.Any ideas? dumb question so hopefully easy answer.

Boiling Hot water does the trick everytime. We have bags sitting in the elements here in Baja and no need for chemicals.Any ideas? dumb question so hopefully easy answer.
This this this. CLR to get it open again, wd40 to break down any rust and leave behind a protective coating.CLR is the best for this. It disolves all the salt that's jammed in there. I have to do it a couple times a year to board and kite bags.
