Wait, was this guy walking around an airport terminal with a rifle? Things may be different in Georgia, but if that was LAX, the answer to his question: "Am I being detained?" would have been answered with a quick and emphatic "Yes!", along with several large police officers putting their full weight on his prostrate trunk and limb regions while he was screaming like a bitch, before being thrown in jail.
