I really don't get why you think this is wrong.
I could have used these tests a number of times over last two years.
I had covid two weeks ago and I couldn't get a test.
My criticism is it's kind of coming late.
But better late than never.
You asked where the outrage was so I assumed you were outraged. You took the time to start a thread about it.
