What actions or criminal activity, in your view, would be grounds for impeachment?

Not by this president, but by ANY president.

Please give specific examples and stay on track.

Come on now, it is all about who is committing the impeachable offenses. If a D did a fraction of the stuff that Trump has they would be impeached already.

I'm not at all opposed to peachmints. If there is criminal activity, then let due process take its course. IMO anything that would require someone to do time, even if it's 30 days in county, should be grounds.

What's getting old is the cycle of allegations that turn out to be nothingburgers, at least in terms of actual evidence that can be acted upon. Which is why I'm skeptical about the latest round of allegations. Any day now!

Just because the Republicans refuse to hold Trump accountable does not make his offences "nothing burgers"

I say go ahead with impeachment. Let the chips fall where they may.

Impeachment isn’t a criminal proceeding it’s a political one, so specifying particular crimes that would be worthy of it is irrelevant.

Maybe if you upped your output? You should think about broadening your target group too.

What makes you say that?
As you know, no president has been removed from office by impeachment and conviction. Richard Nixon resigned before the process was completed, Andrew Johnson was narrowly acquitted of violating the "Tenure of Office Act" that was later declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court and Bill Clinton was acquitted on obstruction of justice and perjury. As much as you may hate Trump, nothing he has done qualifies as "Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors" more than these past examples.

from Vox:

"In the face of these strong demands from members of her party, Pelosi’s insistence on avoiding impeachment points to a desire to retain the Democratic majority in the House. Moderate Democrats and those representing swing districts have warned the speaker that moving forward on impeachment would alienate their voters.

American voters, including Democratic voters, are themselves divided on the subject of impeachment. According to recent polling by Politico and Morning Consult, 37 percent of voters support impeachment, while half outright oppose it. Predictably, the support comes nearly entirely from Democratic voters: about 70 percent of Democratic respondents said they support impeachment proceedings, while just 6 percent of Republican voters said the same."

How about this: If they had impeached Nixon, would it have been justified?
