Works on pc but cell I click pic and then click on url icon "paper clip" and it closes. I try to click on pic again and it opens and closes before I am able to paste a url

I use brave browser on my phone but rarely bother with using urls for pics because i was having issues as well. If i want to post a pic that is already somewhere else online ill just copy it to clipboard and past directly to the body of the post. EZ.Chrome

If its a gif ill download the file and then use the photo icon>HD icon>downloads etc.
