Your genes.The thing about Epstein Barr virus, same one that causes mono, is that about 90-95% of us have been exposed to it, and thus we carry it for the rest of our lives, sort of like with the various flavors of the herpes virus or the various HPV viruses.
So there is something else that needs to be happening to get MS.
If Epstein Barr is part A, what is part B? And/or part C, part D, part E.....

Given the low incidence of MS, the side effects of the vaccine will have to be almost nil. Moderna didn't make a great showing with their COVID vaccine. Most Scandinavian countries shelved it for Pfizer because it produced much more myocarditis than was tolerable. I posted several papers on this in the main COVID thread. Suffice it to say, the brand is already in trouble with future vaccines.An EBV vaccine will be a difficult sell, at least in certain latitudes of the globe. Moderna is already working on it with their mRNA delivery.
