I am driving and my brakes work but not very well, so I press the brake pedal really hard and start slowing down but I never quite stop, and I awaken before I hit whatever I am trying to avoid.

My most commonly recurring dreams are being back in the Army but at my current age, walking around naked in public, and I have a mouth full of Copenhagen that I can't spit out no matter how hard I try. Then there's surfing dreams where my board is a stick or a floppy beach towel. On occasion I'll have really fun flying/levitating dreams and lastly sexy dreams about women I don't even know. Most of my dreams also take place around late afternoon into dusk. I wonder why?
