I finally got sick of people emailing me and asking if I still make surfboards because my website was 15 years old haha.
The new site took a solid year of just organizing photos and descriptions. And then a ton of time to digitize every design and go back and forth with Thomas from Shape3d to create the board builder. There is still some missing pages, lots of photos I need to add, and about a dozen stock boards I need to add to the website.

It was great meeting a bunch of you at the Boardroom Show (even if you are all too scared to introduce yourself as your funny internet erBB name). I honestly dread doing the trade show thing and had just bought a house the month before and had zero time to get boards ready for the show. So I was missing a lot of things I would’ve like to have shown but I was stoked to have what I had in stock at the factory and at least show some cool boards. The show turned out really well and once I’m there and talking to old friends and customers it’s actually pretty cool.

Don’t hesitate to reach out about any inquiries as to designs or modifying designs. Like I stated on the site.. surfboards should be custom. The models are just there to give you ideas to go off of. I’ll tryn post on here more often, it’s hard to find time between running a factory and having a family. I tell people all the time that this place was where I met some really influential people when I was a teenager that answered a lot of my noob questions and eventually got me to move out here a week after high school. 23 year laters still doing it.

Do any of your fish models have V or spiral V under the front foot? Been really enjoying the egg you made and the smooth rail to rail transition under the front foot.

Glad you are enjoying it!
Most of my fish models have at least a slight vee under the front foot. It helps a lot with the rail to rail transition on a wider board and helps you get into the wave. I don’t normally do single concave’s up front on wider fishier boards because they are more likely to get hung up in the lip.

Just when i thought i was set on ordering a couple pyzels and i run into this thread. I have a highline now and want to basically make a single shaper quiver. I was thinking highline, radius, ghost, next step. Or red tiger, power tiger, ghost, next step. Anybody ridden any of these and some DK's and can compare?

I don’t know if any of those would be better fit, i am just fueling the chaos of your world as you try to make a decision

OMG! I came back on to see what was going on with the fires and lo and behold I see that my son is a success!!! We packed him up and sent him on his way 20+ years ago from Florida ( he kept ruining our front porch with these surfy boards) and I never heard back from him and now today I see this! So proud of my boy!

Thanks for the fuel. The more options the better. But my favorite boards ive ridden have been my highline and my shadow so i was pretty set on pyzel. But the dk boards might be an option too.
