That’s actually not true. Members of congress are exempt from any and all insider trading laws.
Yup. It's one of the most patently absurd features of our government. Damn near all of them do it - on both sides of the aisle - and typically in much more flagrant ways than Grommy's idiotic example.
Just want to point out, if it hasn't yet happened, what an asinine post this is. Anyone with a brain thinks Tesla should do better under a democrat controlled govt. Doesn't take anyone "inside" to think this.
