Which are the dumb drug laws? You have to define that first.

In my limited experience I’ve seen people consume substances that definitely shouldn’t be accessible to the general public. I didn’t inhale, I was just smelling it.

What’s the erBB call on which substances that are currently restricted by law should be un restricted?
The dumb ones that lead to a disproportionate number of POC being arrested, jailed, fined?

All of them and work our way back from there?

Sure, selling to minors and operating a vehicle under the influence is bad so keep those.

But the dumb ones for possession etc. IDGAF. One could get high huffing gas, no laws against gas possession.

Probably no one needs to be out in public on PCP, but if there are cheap, legal alternatives maybe that would be less of an issue.

No knock middle of the night raids are simply idiotic in a society with a high rate of gun ownership and Castle doctrine, thanks drug warriors. As for the cops besides turning off body cams they just acted like the dangerous warrior cop training taught them.

Which are those?

Meth? Heroin? Oxy? The pharma companies got roasted over the synthetic opioid deal, somebody thought irresponsible information by the manufacturer and irresponsible prescription by doctors wasn’t in the best interests of the public. For loads of money worth. For example. That’s walking it back. Start at the bottom and work up? Maybe. Tramadol.

No doubt.

Again, which are the dumb ones?

Probably nobody needs to be anywhere on PCP. Any argument?

Is throwing users in jail the right approach?

Revise laws, sentencing guidelines.

Which drugs that are currently controlled substances at any level should be made available to the general public?

I am really not sure, all I know is the war on drugs has caused more damage then the drugs themselves could ever could. Possibly a Portugal style policy.

In 2016 tge dead hood rat had to talk to the police about a dead body found in her rented car. She said she didn’t know and that her boyfriend is the one driving the car.

Sweet innocent girl.

Don’t know, maybe repeal enough drug laws so VonMeister doesn’t categorize people as hood rats?

Make possession legal but if under the influence then treatment and or punishment if necessary?

#whatintheactualfuck

You can possess it but you can’t snort/geeze it or you’ll be subject to treatment and or punishment? So there’s never a need to order up that second 8ball?

No, because she was a criminal caught in the crossfire caused by her drug dealing accomplice boyfriend knowingly choosing to have a shootout with the police by firing his gun through the door when they were knocking on it. And she was a hood rat.
why wasn’t her drug dealing boyfriend charged for shooting a cop? Or dealing drugs? So she was was guilty by association and deserved death without due process and he gets to walk? Brilliant!

It turns out being a hood rat is a co-morbidity.

The symptoms are:

Hanging out with drug dealers
Having a boyfriend who is a drug dealer
Allowing drug dealers to use your house.
Allowing drug dealers to use your car
Receiving drugs for drug dealers via mail at your house
Having a boyfriend who responds to the police knocking at the door by shooting through it.
It's crazy how many frat houses and college dorms get shot up by the cops! :trout:

Politics. A lame attempt to bend to the mob in hopes of quieting things done.

Did you know her boyfriend originally said she was the one shooting? He changed his story after ballistics and fingerprints identified him as the shooter.

No, she's not guilty, she's dead. It's what happens when you are a criminal and are around other criminals when they are shooting at the police. Did she deserve to die? I don't know if deserve is a word I would use but shocked isn't one either.

Due process? Do you think the cops went there and decided to pick her out and shoot her?

How come no drugs were found in the house? Why was the ex boyfriend offered an extremely lenient plead if he would implicate Breona?

You're getting as bad at analogies as Skully. Awful little trolls like Skully remind us things could have always been worse. He's like the human version of Ohio. Don't be Skully.
:roflmao:

You know it's only poor people who get the harsh punishment for drugs. Or even just shaken down in the first place for them.

Drugs weren't;;t found in the house because there were none present there. This also seems to blow up your narrative because if they were going there to execute the hood rat...as skully claims, they would have planted drugs.

No, he decided to blame her for shooting at the police until they called him on it.
