Never would have been sold or sent to an excited customer .
But I wasn't surprised in the least from the stories I'd been hearing for a while. I knew what I was getting into.
And really they're really a marketing/branding agency that sells surfboards. I'm sure they and their fanbois would claim otherwise but really they are.
