We need more Black doctors. The gentleman poses an important question. Via what path did he get a medical degree? We (the federal government) need to promote that path so Blacks are represented in the field of medicine.

The black doctor's roaring working memory and industriousness and social support allowed him to overcome the obstacles that would be associated with systematic racism.
Keep in mind that only 30% of blacks can't over come the obstacles to get out of the gheeto.
