Does anyone know much about coral calcium. I've been taking it for about 6 weeks. Its farmed from the reefs in Okinawa(bad).Reefs are not chopped into ,but coral is taken from the sand as reef naturally erodes. This is a highly absorbable calcium versus others that only have a 10% absorption rate.

I don't think the scientific community has really decided on the best form of calcium. Your best bet? A balanced diet, a reasonable daily vitamin, and calcium supplements if indicated by your local surf doc.
A guy I work with is taking that stuff, just started about 4 days ago - he's bouncing off the walls. For what it's worth, he said that his heartburn is pretty much gone. .. I think it runs in the neighborhood of $50/bottle.
Yeah, but I think 4 days is a little premature to get results. Dude must just be hyper or sompn. It's about 20 bucks for a month supply. Surf doc.- Point being, most calcium suppliments don't absorb well and are a waste or money. Check it out
