I had a lunch with the Paramount marketing team, just a few months before Covid, and they had already seen it and said it was definitely worth the wait and the decades of starts and stops and rewrites etc. And these are folks that would not hesitate to bash their own studio's movies if they thought them to be bombs. it's their job to market the films, not to love them unconditionally
