Developing emotional awareness and intelligence is a good thing, but you don’t need a workshop to do it. Plenty of books on the subject out there, or even talking to a therapist would probably help.

There are lots of scams, cults and MLMs that are cloaked in personal development seminars. I imagine that once you go through the first seminar, you have to pay even more for the next advanced seminar, and even more for the next after that.

Attend only if your employer is forcing you.

Just based on the photos, looks kind of like a cult.
The best thing (IMHO) you can do to increase your emotional intelligence would be to read the book by the expert on the subject, Dan Goleman. It all makes so much sense, the concepts just fall into place in your daily life.

1. Pay to get coached
2. They try to persuade you into becoming a coach (or take advanced classes. Either way, they've made $ at step 1)

3. Pay big bucks for the coaching certification program
4. Work as a coach (and salesman). Make money for the coaching program kingpin while paying off the debt from the certified coaching courses, and some commission for getting the next rounds of suckers to do the same as you.
