Shouldn't waivers for such things be at the discretion of those who innovated and invested to create those vaccines. If they want to give it away or sell it for a price that should be entirely up to those companies. This is a terrible move.

These guys got liability protection so fuck their patents.
That should not mean we throw the rights of the innovators who made these vaccines possible out the window. This isn't about our pharmaceutical companies selling vaccine to foreign countries. This is our government in essence giving foreign competitors to those companies the formula to make and sell the product that those companies worked so hard to develop.
If so they should be given the option to pay back any monies recieved to retain their rights.
