Made some homemade sauce on Friday and had bow-tie pasta for din-din. Sweetie-pie said, "Thanks for making dinner," while I thought, "Whew, used up all the old vegetables in the fridge before they totally went the way of the dodo."
No ... use it all the time when grilling .... whether beef, chicken or mahi mahi ... i usually coat a thin layer of extra virgin olive oil on before putting any seasoning .... helps keep the seasoning on, seal in the juices and also from sticking to the grill grates.
