Can we hype this south swell rolling in yet?

I can never figure out where to surf on a straight 180.

Does that mean I have to drive somewhere, as in fill up the gas tank?

What about parking? Is it all credit cards these days or do coins still work? It’s been awhile.

High tide or Low Tide?

Do Brazilian women still like big screen TV’s?

Do I need stickers on the top of my board to fit in.

Does wearing an Oneill make me a Boomer?

Speaking of stickers, what are the best ones to go on car windows these days?

Do I really have to say “Yewww?”

Dude, in order to properly hype a swell you have to give it a catchy name....

La Bomba :roflmao:

My only window to surf that swell is Sat. morning.

I know where to go (wind pending) but am anticipating having to walk a bit to escape the crowd.

Every flat earth map I can find indicates Northern CA South swell will be much bigger than SoCal, and there will be mostly rights at all the beach breaks, and Puerto Escondido will be sheltered. Same as never, and yet the stupidity campaign here continues.

Correct. There are no great circles for swells to follow. Only great straight lines. This swell will miss Socal and forget Central America and Puerto Escondido. Alaska and Vancouver island are looking real good for this swell tho. FDR was a flat earther btw. Why else would he have said, "The only thing you have to fear - is sphere itself."

You can actually create your own great circle map here: Great Circle Map Generator (for Amateur Radio)

Assuming the center of the swell fetch is around 44 degrees south (Christchurch NZ latitude), 149 degrees west (Tahiti longitude), here's the azimuthal map.
