How do they "enforce" this?

Or is this just wishful thinking?

Pretty please, just stay home, OK?

How many millions will not hear this, and/or ignore it?

National Guard?

Seriously, though, looking at order, doesn't seem like much extra. Still will be working from home.

This is going to be a race to be first liberal run state to order martial law.

Kind of like the Dem prez candidates trying to out-socialist each other, until the king Bernie reigned el supremo.

Is this true that the only LA county cases of CV are in Long Beach ONLY?

SD county has 105 total positive cases today as of 4:00pm (out of 3.35 million people)

The SD county CV hospitalized went from 11 on Wed to.......

13 today.

Still Zero deaths in SD county (probably will see at least 1 or 2 soon?)

Still Zero cases in Oceanside, as far the city site has said.

Gavin says we should expect 25.5 MILLION cases in the next 8 weeks, according to models.

At optimistic 1% death ratio, that would mean 255,000 deaths in CA ALONE, not long after 8 weeks.

We have 19 total deaths in CA today out of now 1001 confirmed cases (03-19-2020)

Hype or reality?

We'll revisit this claim in May. If anyone is alive to check.

Newsom is slimy and a creep but he did exactly the right thing. The more we can slow it the better. For those who get really sick, there is often a 10 - 15 day delay between exposure and hospitalization, and about a 20 days from exposure to death. The "confirmed" cases number is meaningless; the real number is probably 10X that. These two videos explain a lot.

This one is for smart people:

This one has idiots on full display:

If half of all 38M Californians get exposed and only 25% of them get sick, then we'll have a total of 4.75M cases. If 20% of them get hospitalized, 900K people will go to the hospital. If 1% of those 4.75M cases die, then 47,500 people will die.

If only 10% of Californians get exposed, then we have 950K cases, with 190K hospitalizations and 9500 deaths.
