Ugh. Brioche buns should never be used for a hamburger. Too cakey. It can be acceptable if the meat:bread ratio is spot on, but most any other bun choice is always better.
Brioche sucks balls. Its probably good for something like French toast or bread pudding but I don’t eat either of them
