Lots of surfers know what I'm talking about. I've had a painful area on the inside of my backfoot for years. I usually hit it when I'm kicking out. At its worst its inflamed and the skins ulcerated. Is there anyway to stop the damage and let the thing heal? Would it come back if I let it heal completely?
