I checked out one of his board he left for sale here after his last trip here.......fucking hell the thing felt tiny and he's a pretty solid guy.

As much as I bash Quads, a good frond side hack on a quad feels amazing. If I could get it the same backside, I would switch for good.

Haha, I actually think backside snaps on quads feel better than frontside snaps.
the pivot off the bottom is the issue, once im up and weight on toes im golden
that was going on back when Dave was at Stretch from what I remember
Just rewatched that section, I don't think he's riding the Bobby Quad in any of the clips - I think it's just a new flyer. He's riding it in the river, but there's no ocean clips with it.
