Someone said it on this thread I think, but try stretching and yoga for your back. I have posted this before, but my back used to be f-cked and I started streching every day and the pain went away quickly. Stretch out your legs, front and back, in a bunch of different positions. Then when you gain flexibility go to yoga, you will be amazed.
