Anyone have any experience with Glidz?
I got an old suit from a guy while my new billabong suit is having the seams repaired.

The glidz feels insane!
No - but have always been keen to order one of their premium suits. They aren't cheap, but then again, custom Japanese suits never are.

Send a 3/2 and 4/3 psycho I's for repair, both out of warranty.

4/3 started a crotch leak and the outer seem stuff was cracking. Returned with new exterior seems and leak fixed. No charge.

3/2 was older and had leaks, tear in thigh, and cracked seems and frayed neck. New front panel installed that includes chest and front leg panels, outer seems repaired, new neck gasket. 45 bucks.

Good deal if you ask me.
Good to know, I'm sending my Psychotech 4/3 in tomorrow for out of warranty fixes and not sure what to expect.

I just had a great warranty experience with feral. I had a rip in the chest zip area. Feral set up local repair in my area. I just dropped off with independent repair spot and picked up. no hassle, no shipping, no cost.

anyone have the zipperless and zippered hyperfreak? probably the next suit I
'll get. never had a zipperless suit.

my xcel infiniti is comfy but it's not even a year old and it's as waterproof as a screen door.

After a surf today, I realized my 3/2 Cyber had finally reached its end of life and it was time to put in an order for a new one.

When checking my emails, this suit was received in July 2017.

3 years of fairly heavy use. I'm stocked on how long it lasted and am happy to get another one.

SBD: My 4/3 zipperless hyperfreak is the best suit that I've owned. I have no complaints. Nothing fancy going on. Just stretchy and a tad thicker than a 3/2. I don't normally use it for winter dawn patrols.

i remember having a pm conversation with you about that. Only thing I'm worried about is that I surf at dawn 95 percent of the time. Got a mutant last year for the coldest of mornings and couldn't be happier but it gets too warm very quickly. if I were to do it over again I would have gotten the hyperfreak with the hood. Would you say the warmth of the hyper 4/3 is about the same asa. good 3/2? that's what I've heard form a couple of people.

jkb what do your cybers set you back?

Yes, for sure, the 4/3 hyperfreak zipless is comparable to a good 3/2. But O’Neill now makes a hyperfreak 4/3+ and a 4/3+ with a hood. I think the 4/3+ is the warmer version to account for lack a liner or a lot of smooth skin. I’ve been thinking about getting the 4/3+ hooded for the winter.

3 years ago, my 3/2 was $470 with smooth skin and a liner. Prices might have gone up a little since then.

I just emailed Steve yesterday, so I haven't heard back about pricing this time around.

I'll keep you posted.

You know if you can order no or minimum logo options?

Had an O’Neil hyperfreak zipperless comp 3/2 a few years back. Crazy comfortable suit. But the elasticity kind of gave out quickly and it was subject to aggressive flushes.

it wasn’t the warmest 3/2 new, and the flushing kind of made it a deal killer. But, it was the comp, so YMMV.

I had an ONeill 4/3 Hyperfreak comp as my primary suit for 2 winters, same experience - most comfy 4/3 ever but the stretchiness took away from it's overall durability. I might pop the extra $80 for a Feral the next time I need a new suit
