My father in law swears by one of these things for healing tissue injuries.

I seem to have had about 50 or so strains in the past couple of years. I'm dealing with a strained rib at the moment.

Any chance these things can help with recovery and speed up the healing process?

The research says they work. But I'm still skeptical.

What say you?

Study says “cutaneous wounds.” Cuts. Also states many of the studies were in vitro or animal. I’m also skeptical, especially for strains.

there seems to be very little downside risk so knock yourself out.
