anyone ever been to Rome?

i get to go for a week in august. my sister is doing a quarter abroad in spain and when she is done, she's backpacking europe for 6 weeks. one of those weeks, she'll be alone. my sister is smart and responsible, but pretty much can't do anything on her own, plus, company is always nice. SO, my parents have decided to send me to entertain her/help her. i'm REALLY stoked and can't wait. anything off the beaten track that i should see?

[Reality Check]

I had a great time in Rome, I was there this past October. Ate way too much food and Gelato. People were generally friendly but my lady speaks fluent Italian (which helps a lot). Places you must see: The Vatican (Sistine Chapel is amazing and I am not religous),The Pantheon was cool, The Coliseum, etc.

I wish I went when I was your age. Have fun!!
