You make sh it up. You are the pigeon playing chess. Sorry
Did YOU even read those articles from 2011 to 2017 about Obama's "legacy" when it comes to military funding and morale after he left?

Seems not.

Do you need quoted sections, since I know reading more than 3 words at a time is hard for you and mundus/MBP.
Dumbed down to 3rd grade tweet level? I will collect a few just for you.

Jan. 2017:
The consistency of the Obama disarmament is reflected in defense-spending arithmetic — federal budgets are long-term strategy. There are several ways to reckon this. The simplest is to compare the current five-year defense plan with the five-year defense plan Obama inherited from the Bush administration. By that comparison, the Pentagon has lost more than $250 billion in purchasing power. While that’s a pretty big number, it doesn’t begin to tell the whole tale, because it looks at the problem only in five-year increments. Obama has always had a longer-term outlook.

In 2009, during his first year in office, Obama directed then–defense secretary Robert Gates to cut about $300 billion from Pentagon programs, which had the effect of eliminating several of the major weapons-acquisitions projects that had survived Donald Rumsfeld’s attempt to “transform” the force by “skipping a generation of weapons systems.” The poster child for this round of cuts was the F-22 fighter. It was the first substantial attempt to deploy stealth and other technologies meant to ensure American air superiority for decades to come. Gates terminated the F-22 at just 187 planes instead of the 750 originally planned by the Air Force.

Jan. 2017:
"There’s no question this era will go down as the third ‘hollow’ army, and it’s the president’s fault," said James Jay Carafano, deputy director of international studies at the conservative Heritage Foundation. "For all his promises, the operations tempo hasn’t gone down as much as he hoped, and he has invested little in the military."

Troops responding to the Military Times/IVMF poll saw years of defense budget fights as the largest blemish on Obama’s presidency. Two-thirds said spending caps enacted in 2011 have had a very negative effect on military morale, and another 28 percent said it was harmful to a lesser extent. Fewer than two percent saw the budget caps as a positive for the military.

Feb. 2011: (we all know how well the scaling down of fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan went...NOT!)

The U.S. military is fighting a war in Afghanistan and has nearly 50,000 troops in Iraq. But the wars are a relatively small and decreasing part of the defense budget. In the fiscal year starting in October, the president wants $118 billion for the two missions - $41 billion less than the current year and well under 20 percent of the total request. The overall proposed defense budget is five percent smaller than the current year, and more than 10 percent less than Pentagon officials had wanted for this year.

March 2017:
......And the measurement shows that, in terms of capacity, capability and readiness, the military has been in noticeable decline for years. In the 2017 index, the military's overall ability to provide the hard power needed to prevail in a multi-conflict scenario was rated as "marginal." Subsequent assessments suggest no change in the downward trend.

When BO made those cuts was America still spending more than any other country?

What a guy...

What's the hardest training? SERE school? SEALs? As Commander in Chief on a cross-training mission, I think Trump would be well served with a bit of that to finish out his term(s). Maybe his supporters can eat more beetles in solidarity. Although McDonalds does give them a transitional advantage...

Yeah?????????

Then AT THE TIME why did this leftist media outlet report that Trump cancelled the cemetary trip because it was raining and his helicopter couldn’t fly?

Trump visit to US cemetery in France canceled due to rain

November 11, 2018

PARIS (AP) — President Donald Trump canceled a planned visit to a cemetery for Americans killed in World War I, the White House said, citing bad weather that grounded his helicopter.

Trump had been scheduled to lay a wreath and observe a moment of silence Saturday at the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery and Memorial, located adjacent to Belleau Wood and about 60 miles (100 kilometers) northeast of Paris.

Instead, Trump spent much of the day following a meeting and lunch with French President Emmanuel Macron at the U.S. ambassador’s residence, where he was staying during events to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I.

Attending in Trump’s place were the White House chief of staff, retired Marine Gen. John Kelly; the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Marine Gen. Joe Dunford; and several members of the White House staff. The Battle of Belleau Wood was a critical conflict in the war and a pivotal encounter in Marine Corps history…..
