I'm convinced it was under volumed and the design not the build (6'0 thruster with bladed rails). I let my friend try it who's similar skill set but slightly smaller than me, he was ripping on it and said it felt amazing.Whut about varial in the 15mph sidechop wind tho??
Also this one is infused glassing, maybe it'll make a difference. We will see!

I didnt cause I've slowly gotten used to no paddage. But this one's right on the line of acceptable, I'd say.
I'm not sure if Tim changed his mind, but he wasn't into Varial and complained about drift or something to that effect and the smell. This was years ago when I was talking to him about alternative constructions, Geoblank in particular, which he was fired-up on, but Guy Walker apparently let a promising tech run into the ground.
It's pretty close to a fish but it's also close to a stubby shortboard. I'm deep in the #AlbumTwinsman hashtag on Instagram and kinda liking the look of no pad. I can work with either, but aesthetically I'm leaning no pad.
