Just looked at it -felt nice. Clear poly a few indicators of 'use'. And one large gorilla grip pressure ding from duck diving? Perfect dims for me but $650 for a clear, used, and a little beat bordFYI there’s a used 5’11” twinsman at Aqua for $650
Bored so had to look up Aqua, and saw these Arakawa Firecat grovelers. You should grab one instead.Just looked at it -felt nice. Clear poly a few indicators of 'use'. And one large gorilla grip pressure ding from duck diving? Perfect dims for me but $650 for a clear, used, and a little beat bord
There's so many better boards than that for those conditions.Moonstone grovels too. Finally, someone riding a stepup fish in actual grovel waves
agreed, og plasmic or vs manta come to mindThere's so many better boards than that for those conditions.
Yessir. 6’1 TMRP is my mini stap for HH-OH So County SD reefs. Paddles well, concave deck is super stable (can’t knock me off), great hold on steep sections, fast, buttery carves on a big open face. Love it.Can anyone comment on the twinsman round pin? I know someone recently picked one up but I can't remember who.
Interesting.I’ve ridden it. Just as he described. Rails are chunkier than the swallow version but that may have just been that particular model.
IIRC it’s only slightly thicker (like 0.05- 0.1”) but it is about a 1/4” narrower which I think is why the flat deck has less room to gradually taper to the edge before dropping down. So, the rail on RP is “steeper” than ST: basically is thicker closer to the edge. Not sure if that makes sense. I can try to grab a pic at some point. That makes sense. Who is the shredder bro that YOLOd the dark arts version?
Manta would be so fun on those waves.agreed, og plasmic or vs manta come to mind
IMO it’s more of a cruiser / mini glider-esque. What do you want? a bat-tail?question, why is there a pintail on those darkness twins? thought they were a step down townsend?
