I think it’s funny people are confused by volume numbers on these because I’ve seen many IG posts with very short boards that seem fairly narrow and thin with pretty high volume numbers on them. It’s been a bit since I’ve seen an Akila shape in person, but those I’ve seen have been crazy bladed out in the rails, nose, and tail. To the point I’d want to inflate dims substantially to
get something to float me. Maybe however he’s getting his vol measurement is different than how FW is.

This board may not be too bladed though. The 6'4" is 45.82 L. My 6'6' Lost Driver is about that volume. But then again, measurements may vary.

Kevin Schultz giving good feedback. He looked like chit on the 5'5, but looked pretty damn good on the 5'7. Which was more than 3 liters than he usually rides.
