Bought a 70's singlefin a few months ago, the only writing on it is the shapers last name, Moore, on the stringer, my guess as well as many others' guesses are that its an old Matt Moore (Rincon Designs), but nobody from the shop will return my emails to verify that.
Its a 6'8" or 6'9" (cant remember exactly), really thick, classic pintail, like the old lightning bolts.
Its got a big wooden fin on it, close to a Brewer template, big bead of glass around it...the thing was made right!
it was recently polished out, the bottom is pretty glossy, NO open dings.
asking $200 OBO, Im in Santa Barbara, Ca. Come take a look at it and fall in love with it like i did!
