Also, congrats on all those in danger whom you’ve helped along the way. In the long run, you’ve probably saved many lives.
I’d be curious to get your take on any non substances (behaviors, habits, specific people, etc.) that can lead to destructive addictive behavior. Have you had any attachments over the years that you felt were addictive and unhealthy, or was it just substances for you?
I remember hearing from friends in the program about “dry drunks”.
