2021 Holiday weigh-in

Been between 165 and 170 for a while now, which suits me fine
Weighed in at 170 Thanksgiving morning and not too happy going into holiday eating season at top of my comfort zone

5'10" 178 lbs 53. This is really good for me. I have 25 lbs I can gain back a lot faster than I lose it and I hit the extremes every other year or so.
