155-165. Been that way for 35 yeaers. Doesn't matter what I eat. It's what's going on inside my body that I have to worry about- cholesterol, BP, A1C. Seems I'm always borderline. No meds necessary, but MDs always warn me to watch my diet. It's not like they can tell me to exercise more.

Surf 3x a week. Run 3x a week (4-13 miles), bodyweight exercises every day, barbell set 1x week.

200.8. Dropped 15 pounds since last year. Still could drop a few more but overall in pretty decent shape. Lightest I've been in 10 years. Took up running this last year as there are a bunch of great trails and parks. Getting out of the concrete jungle was best thing I ever did. Should have done it years ago. Ran a pair of 10Ks, breaking 50 minutes on the last one. Was really stocked on that, especially since a ton of room to improve. Extra cardio has paid dividends with surfing too. No regrets about gorging a little food and beer here and there as been burning calories at pretty solid rate. Especially running after the kids on their bikes after surfing for a few hours. Hope 2022 continues in same vein.

Been eating and drinking alot on the east coast the past week. But I've been balls deep at least twice a day so no weight gain.
