200 even. Getting fat, gotta drop 10, 15 pounds this winter.
SHUDDUP ALREADY!!155-165. Been that way for 35 yeaers. Doesn't matter what I eat. It's what's going on inside my body that I have to worry about- cholesterol, BP, A1C. Seems I'm always borderline. No meds necessary, but MDs always warn me to watch my diet. It's not like they can tell me to exercise more.
Surf 3x a week. Run 3x a week (4-13 miles), bodyweight exercises every day, barbell set 1x week.
