You definitely want to consume protien with your carbs post workout.

I would also add when you are training hard and fairly lean, you use anything for fuel.

I remember reading that chocolate milk is the sh!t milk, the milk that has blood in it that they can't sell as regular milk.

Milks consumption in the us has really dropped.

I love raw milk but it's too pricey.

I drink a little goat milk.

I also started drinking chocolate protein shakes on my latest quest to get yoked again after my catastrophic injury.
