Where? On whom? His own army is scattered throughout Ukraine. Will he kill all them too?
The choices are too binary. I'm somewhere in the middle. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Putin used a nuke. That's different than a yes answer but since the only options are yes or no, I'm in the yes column.
Its a poll of what we think he will do. As such I can't say one way or the other but I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if he did.
