Stopped in my local shop and they had the FW Revo in stock… (try to contain yourself @ReForest )
The listed thickness of the board I’m holding in the rail shot is 2 3/4, not sure if it conveys on the photo, but the rail feels considerably thinner than that

I like how they have the weave showing in the tail so you know what's underneath the paint. Full transparency build.

Intrigued by the concept of the Revo as I had an Evo that I surfed well on but felt a bit vague underfoot (consistent but not "spicy")- always thought a little longer and narrower would fix that- BUT:

"Iboilic has the strength...of LFT..."

This concerns me. The two LFT's I've owned started strong but seemed to have a limited shelf life- from that turning point it was nothing but chasing crumbling rails and leaking fin plugs.

Alternately, the Helium construction proved to be mindbogglingly durable (barely dented, never dinged) despite how lightweight the construction felt.

Quick read about the marriage of Basalt and Epoxy from 2017. Pretty interesting.

its pretty dumb that firewire are charging $15-70 for it compared to other techs, considering it is heaps easier to lay up than their vacuum bagged skins etc and the raw material only costs about $6 per board extra.
