that wing pin would've worked nice a single
the wing is already your front fin or pivot point
looks like stretch's corcork top bamboo bottom construct
nice
good design for country

Ya. I love this board and design.

Just need to figure out the fin situation.

Gonna get some measurements and see what GG says.

I think gonna try the stretch quad fins and if that no work try out a thruster set

I'd put a set of K2 keels in it with some small raked quad rears or a small trailer in the thruster box. But I love trying weird stuff with fins that sometimes work great but most people would never try. Could be a carve monster.
Alternatively a set of raked fronts with Hanalei hatchet rears in the quad boxes.

I had a board like that too. I'm the same size as you and OP. Never did figure out what the issue was. I just couldn't figure the board out. I hated it so much that I wanted to burn it. I almost felt bad selling such a dog on Craigslist. But, the new owner said he had the same model and loved it. So, I dunno.
Pretty much didnt care for all of my ITs. They had no Pep and felt like they were pulling anchor for me....
