So assimilation for residents but not for visitors? Are Mexican nationals allowed to order beef stroganoff in Mexico?
Yes. No. Mexicanos version of the same thing is carne guisado but my experience is they prefer beans. Stroganoff is reserved for the whites peoples.

In other words it wasn't shthole traditions that made us a superpower and the No. 1 destination for would-be immigrants from shtholes around the world.
That tradition is in jeopardy under Trump Republicans, who seem to want to decide who among natural born citizens is or is not an American of the U.S. persuasion.

Point is if you want people to assimilate, get rid of that which isn't local. Kick Starbucks out of Milan, McDonalds out of Spain, &c. The more people move around the world, the more things will change, in/near metro centers anyway. The only way to keep a culture in tact is to sequester that culture and or keep everyone else out. Get rid of the work visa system.

MTG is a fucking loon.

She's playing on the fact that some disenfranchised white people have a fear of being subsumed.

White nationalism isn't going to fix that.

It’s funny how Republicans are always telling us that they are white supremacists and their minions keep denying it.
"I wonder how it would have went over if you had pointed out the stupendously obvious fact that it requires some sort of superiority in order to build a society where one group oppresses another." Lance Mannion, who posits that it is a matter of fact that whites are supreme.

There aren't enough Anglo-Saxons to do what the USA must do.

Gaslight much? The reference wasn't to Anglo-Saxons. It was to their political system, and it is factually true that our political system is heavily based on those principles. .

Race isn't culture (or politics) and culture isn't race. That's why the criticism in the OP doesn't work without the outright lie that they're telling.
